CONSENT & AGREEMENT

SENDING US YOUR PET'S ASHES OR FUR

We understand how meaningful this process is, and we treat every package with care and respect. Below are simple steps to help you safely prepare and send your pet’s ashes or fur to us for your memorial jewellery piece.

WHAT YOU CAN SEND 

You may send either:

  1. A small amount of your pet’s ashes

  2. FOR SMALL PIECES ( 1TEASPOON)

  3. FOR BIG PIECES ( 1TABLESPOON)

  4. A lock of your pet’s fur or ball of fur           from brush ect.

Only a small quantity is needed for the creation of your jewellery piece. Any remaining ashes or fur -

will be safely returned to you.

HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR ASHES OR FUR

  1. Place each pet's ashes or fur into a clean, sealed Ziploc bag. You can also mix multiple pets ashes or fur together.

  2. Please package ashes & fur seperately if applicable.

  3. Press out any excess air and seal the bag tightly.

  4. OPTIONAL: For extra protection, place the first bag into a second Ziploc bag and seal again.

  5. Label the bag with your PET'S NAME(S) and DATE OF BIRTH & PASSING DATE.

HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR ASHES OR FUR

  1. Place the sealed Ziploc bag into a sturdy box or padded envelope.

  2. Add padding material (such as tissue paper or bubble wrap) to prevent movement.

  3. Ensure the contents cannot shift, tear, or be crushed during transit.

  4. Seal the outer packaging securely with strong tape.

  5. We recommend choosing packaging that will not open, leak, or spill even if the parcel is handled roughly during transport.
